shipping carrier errors. All orders are processed within
3 working days, and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

for any reason within 10 days after receiving your merchandise
for virtual store credit or exchange only. All items
returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original
condition with the tags still attached. NO REFUNDS ARE
GIVEN ONLY STORE CREDIT.

all fields are required. All unauthorized returns will
incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not
refunded under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All custom made items are non-refundable
at the time of ordering. No cancellations or other changes
can be made once the order has been placed and the payment
has been made. Some custom items may take up to 4 weeks
to produce.
Overnight orders of backordered items
are sent overnight once the item is received by our
warehouse.
